Section 27
Continuity of Maturity

(1) If the right of mortgage is first matured in one form and then matured in another form so that the continuity of the maturity of the mortgage right is not broken, then the right shall be deemed to be maturing continuously. It is not necessary to register a notice under this Act in order to continue the maturity of the right of such mortgage against the right of the person who transferred it from the giver and against the lien holder.
